What to Expect:
Location: Karatu, Ngorongoro Crater & Serengeti National Park
Trip Focus: Inspiring and educating local women and children in wildlife conservation through hands-on community engagement.
Over 10 incredible days, you’ll:
Collaborate with local Maasai conservation experts
Lead playful and powerful environmental education sessions with local schoolchildren
Take students on a life-changing field trip to Ngorongoro Crater – for many, this will be their first-ever wildlife experience
Work with teens through the Wilde Tracks Academy, introducing careers in guiding, conservation, and eco-tourism
Immerse yourself in women’s empowerment initiatives led by ECIO NGO
Conclude with two unforgettable days in the Serengeti National Park 🌿🐘

We’re beyond excited to invite you on an unforgettable 15-day journey through Uganda and Rwanda, from 1–15 September 2026, to witness Great Ape Conservation in action.
Together, we’re creating an opportunity for women and non-binary people in biology, ecology, conservation, and related fields to gain practical, hands-on experience in the heart of one of the most biodiverse places on Earth: the Adolpho Ducke Forest Reserve (INPA), on the edge of Manaus, Brazil.
When: July 14–22, 2025
Languages: English & Portuguese (with multilingual support)

What to Expect:
Practical training in ecological sampling across birds, mammals (including bats), invertebrates, reptiles, amphibians, fish, and plants
