Mentor application form

Are you a mid- to late-career wildlife professional looking for a meaningful way to give back to the wildlife community?

We're looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join the Women in Wildlife Mentorship Program and help support the next generation of wildlife professionals.

As a WIW mentor, you'll have the opportunity to share your knowledge, experiences and insights with someone looking to navigate their career, develop their skills and grow within the wildlife industry. Whether it's offering career advice, sharing lessons learned or simply providing encouragement, your guidance can make a lasting difference.

What's involved?

  • A 12-month commitment, with one meeting per month with your mentee.

  • Mentors and mentees are thoughtfully matched based on shared professional interests, career aspirations and compatible time zones.

  • Once accepted into the program, you'll be paired with a mentee who has joined through the WIW Membership Program.

Mentorship is a wonderful opportunity to give back, build meaningful connections and help create a more supportive and connected wildlife community.
